Do I have to host my website with BG Web Designz?
No. Hosting is optional. You may use another provider.
Who owns my website after it is completed?
After full payment, you own the agreed custom deliverables. BG Web Designz keeps its pre-existing reusable tools, templates, and proprietary components while giving you the rights needed to operate the site. Third-party assets remain under their own licenses.
Can BG Web Designz register my domain?
Yes. We can register or renew a domain on your behalf after you approve the separate charge and provide accurate registrant information.
Will I own my domain?
You must be listed as the domain registrant and retain your applicable management and transfer rights, subject to registrar rules and your signed agreement.
What happens if I cancel hosting?
Hosting ends under the signed agreement. Cancellation does not take away ownership of fully paid custom deliverables. You can ask about separately priced migration assistance.
Can I move my website to another hosting provider?
Yes. You are free to host elsewhere. Optional migration assistance may be charged separately.
Are there additional charges for changes?
Additional pages, revision rounds, and out-of-scope work are quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.
When is payment required?
A 50% design deposit is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due before launch or handoff. Optional hosting is billed monthly in advance when available.
Are domain registration and hosting included in the design price?
No. Both are separate and optional. You may arrange either with another provider.
